These terms are the agreement between you and SleekBase. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
By accessing or using SleekBase ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
SleekBase gives you a Digital Branch: a professional page with its own link on our platform, with an AI Manager that serves your visitors 24/7 — answering questions, explaining your services, giving quotes, qualifying interest and booking appointments — plus a dashboard with your conversations, customers and appointments. It works whether or not you have a website: you share your branch link on your social profiles, by message, on Google or through a QR code. Optionally you can connect Google Calendar and register your own phone number so appointment confirmations and reminders also go out as text messages.
SleekBase does not integrate with WhatsApp, Instagram or any other messaging platform, and does not read or answer messages inside them. If you put your branch link in a bio or in your own automatic reply, the customer moves to your Digital Branch and is served there. SleekBase is also not a professional advisor: the AI Manager is not a lawyer, doctor, accountant or licensed professional, and its replies are not professional advice.
Your AI Manager answers, quotes and books based on the information you give it: services, prices, hours, policies and rules. Its replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate and up to date, and for reviewing your appointments and quotes. SleekBase is not liable for commitments that result from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information you provided. Do not use the Service for activities requiring professional advice you are not licensed to give.
The conversations, contact details and appointments generated inside your Digital Branch belong to your business. You are the controller of that data and SleekBase processes it on your behalf, under the terms of our Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including obtaining any consent you need to contact your customers, and for responding to their privacy requests. We will assist you.
If you register your business phone number you authorize SleekBase to send transactional text messages — appointment confirmations and reminders — to the customers who book through your Digital Branch. You confirm that the number is yours, that you have a legitimate business relationship with the recipients, and that you will not use this channel for marketing. Carrier fees and message limits may apply. Our SMS Terms & Consent document governs this channel.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for everything done through it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. SleekBase is not liable for loss resulting from someone else using your credentials.
The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans that include a free trial period. Charges are processed securely by Stripe; we never handle your card details. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your settings or the billing portal, and the Service stays available until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund partial periods. If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is resolved.
You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to misrepresent your business, to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, to reverse engineer the Service, or for any fraudulent or illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.
The Service, its software, design and original content are and remain the exclusive property of SleekBase. Your business content — name, logo, texts, prices and images you upload — remains yours; you grant us only the license needed to display it in your Digital Branch and to operate the Service for you.
We work to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, or depend on third-party providers whose outages are outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleekBase, its owners, directors, employees, partners and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost customers, lost data or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to hold SleekBase harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, from the content or information you provided, or from your handling of your customers' data.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may modify these terms. If a change is material we will try to give you at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
